REFUNDS:
No refunds will be paid. However should you wish to cancel your participation, you may transfer your registration to another person prior to the convention, subject to this Registration Form being completed by the proposed registrant, and the consent of YouthMalaysia.com. All transfers must be made to YouthMalaysia.com in writing and may incur an administration fee.

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION / PRIVACY DECLARATION:
I understand and accept that YouthMalaysia.com may collect information about me for the purpose of providing and offering promotional material. I consent to my personal details being used for the promotion of future YouthMalaysia.com events and products, via post, phone, e-mail & SMS. YouthMalaysia.com events will be captured in photographs, video and audio. YouthMalaysia.com reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes. I hereby release YouthMalaysia.com staff and volunteers of liability in the event of any injury, accident or misfortune, damage or loss that may occur to myself and/or my property while present at the Convention and within the Convention premises.

MEDICAL TREATMENT CONSENT:
I give permission for YouthMalaysia.com authorised staff and volunteers to obtain emergency medical, hospital or ambulance assistance at any time they consider necessary. I understand that every effort will be made for myself to be notified before instituting such procedures. I acknowledge that I will be liable for any medical/hospital/ambulance expense incurred in the treatment necessary. I also understand that while every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure my protection, I hereby release and hold blameless YouthMalaysia.com authorised staff and volunteers from any and all liability in the event of any injury, accident or misfortune, damage or loss that may occur to me and my property while present at the 1st National Youth Entrepreneur Convention 2008.
